RESPONSIBILITY:
* Ensure quality of machine maintenance and communication end-users.
* Ensure that assigned task complete timely.
* Ensure that repair and maintain service provided with the Company’s standard/guidelines.
* Ensure that company’s repair or installation tools are properly stored and maintained.
* Issuing repair or delivery vouchers are maintained and provide to Account and Administrator to settle payment.

KEY TASKS:
Repair and maintain Company’s machines, software and hardware.
Ensure company’s equipment and spare parts are properly stored and maintained.
Provide good service and quality of repairing to Company’s clients timely.
Assist sale and marketing officers to transport products to customers as assigned.
DUTIES:
Repair and maintain the on-going hardware and software for the company
Assist and coach the Company’s clients in using basic machines, main software and other accessories.
Properly store and maintain company’s repairing equipment, tools and assets.
Provide good services and repair quality to the Company’s customers.
With sale officer, assist the company to transport product to clients’ addresses.
Do other task assigned by Maintenance Unit Manager.
Repair and maintain Company’s machines, software and hardware.

Provide good service and quality of repairing to Company’s clients timely.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Age 22-35
* At least, complete high school. University degree is preferable.
* At least 1year experience of Networking (LAN) and repairing office machines (Photocopier, Printer, Scanner….etc.)
* Good both written and spoken English
* Knowledge of Networking (LAN) and mechanism is a plus.
